We are hiring a Cisco Partner Manager, North America to join our Sales team. 

Reporting to: VP Channels, Americas

Location: NY Metro (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and scale the Cisco partnership from the initial major success achieved with over 100 enterprise deals closed to date. 
  • Accelerate the growth of the number of closed Cisco-initiated opportunities and meet/exceed all Cisco-partnership goals. 
  • Develop, maintain and update the Cisco/AlgoSec “better-together” value proposition regularly. 
  • Enable and grow the number of evangelists among the Cisco sales and channel teams (Product Sales Specialists, Solution Architects, Account Managers, Channel Managers) etc.  
  • Execute high level of weekly activity consisting of sales rep to sales rep meetings, end customer pitches/demonstrations, and opportunity mapping that drive Cisco-initiated opportunities. 
  • Execute target account “go-to-market" programs and lead-gen follow-up from marketing events. 
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in AlgoSec (such as sales, channel, marketing, project management, product) and outside AlgoSec to ensure alignment and execution. 
  • Attend physical and digital marketing events to engage with our customers, Cisco influencers and Channel Partners. 

Requirements: 

  • Self-starter bright and energetic person with high level of integrity who meets the AlgoSec values. 
  • At least 5 years of experience Working with Strategic Partners and Channel Partners in field level sales execution.  
  • Dynamic and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Operates well under-pressure as well as being results oriented. A “Can-Do” personality. 
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication and presentation skills. 
  • Adaptability: Demonstrates persistence to overcome obstacles. Fast learner and works well independently. 
  • Performs well in a matrix management environment. 
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly. 
  • Ability to see the broader view, though detail oriented and analytical. 
  • Willingness to travel within the US (minimum 30%) & internationally (less than 5%). 

Advantages:

  • Existing relationships with national resellers such as Presidio, Optiv, GuidePoint, WWT, CDW etc, as well strategic alliances with Cisco, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google CloudP, Palo Alto, Checkpoint in the Security and Cloud Security industries. 
  • Preferably in a software related IT/security environment, working with complex products and enterprise customers. 
  • Deep understanding of Cisco products, go-to-market strategies, channel partner programs a plus. 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $240,000 - $280,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
